Years later never received my product, and the customer support does not seem to function or they will outright ignore you after a few exchanges and they find out your intent is a refund. I have tested this using new emails, they reply to the original but immediately go silent the moment my order number is shared.
This occurred originally in Dec. 2022

I used to buy from this company back in 2017 and they used to make high quality wigs, because of this I decided to shop with them again which I really regret. I would not recommend ordering from them their wigs have fallen in quality, look nothing like the photos and customer service communications are really bad. It's impossible to get a refund from EvaWigs directly without contacting PayPal, your bank or credit card company.

SCAM
Received a wrong product in very bad quality very disappointing and when I emailed them they did not reply, even after being emailed multiple times. Total waste of money.

I could kick myself for not looking here first! Everything as described by other reviewers, product not arriving, bad customer service, agreeing to refund my money but not actually doing it. Its very unfair - something needs to be done about this Company! I would give them zero stars if I could!!

If i could give a zero I would. This company is a scam do not buy from them you will never recieve a refund. I asked for a refund within there 36 hours of purchase and they offered me a refund, however I have not recieved the refund it has been 2 months. I was able to dispute the purchase through PayPal and recieved a refund that way! Again do not buy company is a SCAM!

The wig I got wasn’t even the wig I purchased . It looked like a Halloween wig . Don’t order from this company.

Totally different products sent, not as described, very poor quality and smelled. Tried to return but have had to pay over £18 to return despite them saying they sent something else because they didn't have what I ordered. Doubt I'll see my money again as they've made it very difficult so far.Avoid!!

Not the same wig as advertised. Horrible. Looked like roadkill.

Unfortunately the product received is nothing like the item ordered which is very disappointing. I have ordered a number of wigs from Evawigs before and they have all been perfect, this one is not.
The item has short spikey hairs on the crown and the bangs/fringe is a mess.
I have sent photos of the item I received to Evawigs.
It has been more than the 3 days advertised on the website for a response.
Evawigs have not acknowledged my email. I have also contacted them via the 'Contact Us' form on their website, and not received a response.
I will not be purchasing any more wigs from them and I would urge others not to either.

Never buy from here. I ordered my wig 3 months ago and contacted the seller asking when I would receive it. They told me it wasn’t possible to make the wig and that I would get a refund. To this day I still have not received my refund and whenever I contact them they keep saying that I have to be patient. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

you send money, they claim to be making the wig, months later it is still not made, you cannot get your refund from paypal. PAYPAL needs to update terms, for reasons like this, if no item is sent out PAYMENT SHOULD BE RETURNED!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS S**T SITE!

Was excited to receive this wig at first, but when it came round to the date of when it should have been shipped I received no communication or update. Instead I had to contact them on different platforms, waited a week with no response, they deleted my comment on Instagram. It wasn't until i raised a dispute with PayPal did they contact me and told me my order would be cancelled and refunded but i need to close the dispute first. Only to find out from PayPal that I didn't need to close the dispute to receive a refund, so they had lied to me. I have been patient and reasonable with them the whole time. Instead they still trying to convince me that they can NOW ship my order which takes longer than processing a refund. But now I have to wait even longer as they're currently at a festival. Never have I written a review before but their service is so poor and unprofessional it would be unfair not to warn other people of this service.
