I backed their project on Kickstarter. Never received my scale. As I can read in the comments, many people didnt.
As they received one, it doesn't work.
The company is not responding either.

Excellent product and customer service
I's so into fitness. So when I first saw BodyPedia Smart Body Analyzer, I got one for myself and I'm absolutely in love with it. It's really a great partner in my fitness journey. Recently I put the handle back in the wrong side which made it stuck at the scale. I messaged BodyPedia team and Lynn help me solve the issue immediately. I should said their support team is very professional.

Not satisfied because of missing support
I bought the scale as a backer on kickstarter. After I received my scale I had to find out a malfunction. The right handle slips out without external influences. I connected the after sales support but no response or help.

SCAM! don't buy anything from Bodypedia!!!! Never got my scale (ordered to germany). customs didnt allow this scale to be imported, since it has no CE sign and no german manual and some other problems. bodypedia promised me a refund but never gave me back the money, although i asked them several times. The support answers to the point where i said that they wanted to give me refund. after that they are not responding anymore. Other people got their scale but its totally inaccurate, useless. This company and their products are absolut SCAM!

Useless Scale and bad support
Supported their scale on kickstarter. Besides delivery took ages, the product is not working as it should. The support is pretty bad as well. Need explain the problem again and again with no solution in sight.
Sending the product back will be difficult too, since they are located in china. Not recommended buying there.
