It's not very good service to not at least reply that they weren't interested or aren't capable.

Embarrassing and disappointing.
Took my car for annual service Leeds hyundai, Then I found out they didn't put back the oil stick now the oil spits everywhere. Nothing works right there. Except the sale team you wont get anywhere with the service team.
I called them few days ago. And still waiting for the manager's call. I called back and they said he's busy with many different meetings. Which means they don't wanna deal with the mess they created. A local mechanic and business care more about customers than these people. They're damaging hyundai reputation on purpose.
