Friendly and helpful staff. Have using them for years when traveling outside of Europe.

The staff is always attentive, answer fast and are very helpful with English speakers. Luckily, we have never had any reason to claim from this insurance.

My husband, Lars Vogensen, and I have been covered by Europæiske for at least 25 years. We lived in Ecuador and were very satisfied with their coverage. We only used Europæske for emergencies and never used them for doctor visits and treatments because our deductable is high. When we were in a car accident, my husband suffered vertebral damage and without questions was picked up in a plane ambulance and taken to the USA to have surgery. He received top care.

Unfortunately, my husband was diagnosed with cancer in 2014 (about 19 years after the accident). He got in touch with Europæiske and told them his local Dr. told him go to USA to get treatment. Europæiske´s first response was that they would cover the treatment and to go. A day or two later, after we had already bought our flights and figured out accomodation, they responded that they would not cover the treatment because it was in a country outside our coverage. We have never received any documentation about changes in our coverage and in what countries our insurance with Europæiske wouldn´t cover us. When we got our insurance over 25 years ago, we were covered world-wide, everywhere. In one of the most difficult moments of our lives, Europæiske told us they would cover the treatment and then went against their decision. Regardless, we went to the USA and paid for his treatment OUT OF POCKET and spent millions of dkk. We have paid in an incredible amount of money in very high premiums and we were betrayed by Europæiske.

Very lousy services regarding the tooth coverage for my son. He lives abroad with us and has no such School Dentist's facility like other Danish children. Better remove that dental coverage entirely than give nothing at all.

Easy to apply for reimbursement. Simple procedure and everything can be handled online. Really fast reply and money transfer. Really satisfied with the service.

Easy to apply, fast handling, and good conversation. Just as an insurance company should be.

My son got sick in Italy. We went to a doctor and bought medicine. Europæiske has refunded everything without any problem. I was impressed.

Tried to buy a single trip insurance, filled out my payment method twice, but the website kept sending me back to the front page. I will not be a customer here if they are not even competent enough to take my money...

Apparently you don’t have much international customers?
Maybe change your name from European insurance to Danish insurance

Greenland is a special destination to leave from with higher uncertainty of departure. Therefore specific insurance is good help (Y)
