My only problem is when either collecting or going into the shop to buy, you only have one staff member at the till,If its busy you tend to have to wait along time.other than that it’s great 👍

Easy to navigate with your registration number and the part was easy to find with a a number of possibilities to choose from price warranty made it easy to choose a purchase and collect from my local Euro part cheers my car is running smoothly after a the new battery.

Once you have found what you need on…
Once you have found what you need on there website . You reserve it and pay in store. The staff are always very helpful. Everything goes pretty quickly once they have sorted your order out In and out in a few minutes. There prices are very competitive too.

order waste of space
Absolute shocking compony made an order for next day delivery still hasn't turned up been on the phone throughout the day wondering we're or what it is is happening but yet you can't get any I formation as they don't answer there phone
Be better of going GSF or something as these at euro car parts are mongs!!! Sure there still being food fed or something abosolue joke of a compony!!!!

Rear wiper blade
Ordered a rear wiper blade for my car from the internet site which showedthe Rochester branch having 1 in stock. Unfortunately when I got there the stock level was incorrect and so the assistant apologised and attempted to source one from another branch for the following day. This went missing and so the Branch Manager stepped in he sourced another one and had it delivered to my home, can’t ask more than that.
