I had a great experience working with Eternate. Their service was quick, responsive, and very easy to work with. What really stood out was that they provided a design preview of my ring beforehand, which made the whole process feel clear and reassuring. The final result matched exactly what I expected. I highly recommend them!

So I ordered my ring back in Jan and I still haven't received it and now they aren't responding to my emails. Poor customer service. I keep getting a email asking how my experience is with the company and that is it. I keep telling them that my problem hasn't been resolved and that I just want my ring.

I had issues with the size of my ring, and they helped me out and sent the correct size. BTW the ring is stunning 💗

It was easy to pick and design my own ring. I ordered a birthstone ring, including all the birthstones of my family. It’s cute and simple exactly what I was looking for. I wanted an everyday piece and so far it has held up.

Very poor customer service and company policy
I honestly do not know how ETERNATE receives any good reviews. My personal experience could not have been worse. The ring was too small which resulted in my starting the painful return process, which to date has taken just under a month. I have to believe that they use AI because every e-mail was from yet another random, heartless processor. Nobody really listens and all responses are lifeless...very generic. Their FREE returns is total bull****. Here is my most recent e-mail from them: Subtotal $447.00 Order discount -$134.10 SPARKQZWMWBQ3 (-$134.10) Shipping $0.00 Taxes $0.00 Total $312.90 USD Total paid $61.00 USD You saved $134.10 $312.90 Refund Visa -$251.90 As you can quite clearly see, it cost $61 to return my ring. Restocking and SHIPPING!) They are liars, and the ring was not even special. I certainly will not be a repeat customer. Save your time and frustration and go to a store.

All my purchases went well. Well, even one wrong I ordered the wrong size and replied to customer service and they replied to me with within 24 hours and said they would take care of it and make it the proper size. You are one of the places I will always buy my jewelry from from now.

Customer service replied to an email question right away and wasn’t long before I got the ring for my girlfriend and she is in love with it, she loves the quality of the product and the design. Will definitely be getting her more jewelry from here.!

I was extremely happy to find the rose bangle for my daughter at a very reasonable price. She has been borrowing my yellow gold bracelets forever but was partial to the rose color.

I ordered this necklace for my best friend as a Galentine's Day gift, and she absolutely loved it. The colors of the stones were so vibrant and the silver chain really set them off. Lovely and delicate, exceeded my expectations. Even though it was custom made it arrived promptly. The website made it easy to track my order and customer service responded to my question quickly. The ring I ordered arrived quickly and was securely packaged for shipping, as well as being boxed in a very nice presentation box. Ordering was easy online. The ring was really lovely, well made and excellent quality. However, it was slightly snug and was a bit uncomfortable due to the setting si I reluctantly decided to return it. The online return request was easy. I am impressed with this company’s products and services.

Beautiful ring- first time ever buying jewelry online. Sizing was accurate (used size chart and measurements). 4 out of 5 because ring is much more delicate in person than described. Very beautiful and loved customizing it, but smaller stones than anticipated.

It was easy to pick and choose exactly what I wanted. There were great options and pricing was fair. Shipping allowed the package to come on time.

Love the product. Wife gave me wrong size, so i had to do an exchange. Communication is a different lol but sufficient. Exchange cost me $50 but that was worth it to me. I will purchase from Eternate again.
