I highly recommend. Not only is it a cute gift but I was an idiot when checking out and my address autopopulated and I didn’t catch that the address was actually suppose to be to my daughters house. The customer service team were able to locate and intercept the package and correct the delivery address. I was flipping astounded with the customer service team, not only with such a speedy response but with the resolution too - and they didn’t make me feel like an idiot about it even though the mistake was obviously all mine. I will absolutely be using this company again for all my family’s special occasions. Thank you.

One of the worst customer services I’ve ever had. The flowers were delivered early and at first I got a reply explicitly saying it was my fault for just selecting the special delivery and not paying for it. Fine, I take the L. I then follow up with another email and there was never any reply after that. What a joke :)

Absolutely fabulous gift

So far I have placed two orders with Eternal Blossom UK. Both times, the rose was lovely (one boxed rose, one long-stem rose). The item was shipped fast and packed securely. Both times I chose "specific delivery day" and both times that´s when the parcel arrived. I have nothing to complain about.

Bought as a gift and was so happy. Delivery was fast too. Will definitely be ordering for myself next time.

So I had the worst Mother’s Day ever, didn’t feel appreciated and felt no one made any effort or me at all. A friend gifted me this and when the arrangement came, I was so emotional, happy and felt like somebody again. It’s the detail for me and just the arrangement, the care taken to box it up so that they arrive to me in perfect condition.

First time bought from these guys but I am impressed. Lovely flowers and swift delivery. Recommended.

Beautiful arrangement

Better than what i expected, absolutely stunning

Ordered the Eternal Bloom long stemmed red rose. It’s absolutely beautiful. I then created myself another gift to look for, a vase. I emailed the company, who replied very promptly with a link to a vase that I might like. Fabulous service and after care. Would definitely order again. My mum was delighted with her gift.

This gift arrived within the stated time. It was well packaged and I was very pleased with the quality.

Ordered a personalised Eternal Rose for my sister's 70th birthday.
It was delivered, as ordered, on the day of her birthday & she loved it, saying it's a beautiful gift. 💟
