After mistakenly entering my address, I received help from afar (Spain) to get these beautiful flowers to me, and I'm so happy it was possible. I'll definitely order another rose color when they have more in stock (Blush or Delicious Brown Suede). Thank you so much!

Was extremely disappointed, waited for so long to get a blue rose but as my anniversary was coming closer I went for the yellow and was not happy on how it arived. The rose was not up straight it was flipped on its side and thrre is no way yo open the box

I bought 12 plum coloured roses for my mum for Mother’s Day.
To say we were beyond delighted is an understatement. They were, and are, stunningly beautiful.
The fragrance of the roses hit the room upon opening the box too!
Perfect delivery, arrived within a few days and this will certainly not be my last purchase.
Highly recommended and not a great deal
more money than real roses destined for the bin in around a weeks time.
Utterly perfect in every way.

Somewhat disappointed with the rose I received. It was quite small and not nearly as open as I was expecting. I thought it would fill the box but it sits in the middle with gaps all round it.
Not sure if I'd buy another one to be honest.

Lovely rose. Bought one 3 years ago from my dad to my mum before he passed away. Bought mum another one from my kids. A rainbow rose this time. She loved it

Your delivery service is shockingly bad

The rose ordered doesn’t look quite as good the ones in the picture. It’s quite closed up and almost looks frost bitten.
Not had issues previously.

All I can say is that from start time to finish it was all 100percent except for a very little problem with the gift cards I am more than happy..

The black rose looks so lovely in real life, just like the pictures. Although not cheap, I'm now considering of getting a full bouquet! Also, delivery was fast, thank you!

A beautiful green rose for my beautiful Irish friend for Christmas.
She was very pleased to receive the gift.
And sent me photos straight away.

Rose not intact (middle is falling out) & looks wilted already. This was supposed to be a Xmas present. EP have not responded to email & customer service telephone is a joke. On hold for over 10 mins then gave up. I am so disappointed. Would have liked to speak to someone & get this resolved but as they do not respond, there is no option other than to write a review & hope they finally get in touch so that I can seek a refund or better still, get a replacement.
