The delivery service keeps getting held up so it takes much longer with unusual delays like 3 days to get out of Utah then another 3 days in the Houston Post Office

I placed my order for cellucore…

I placed my order for cellucore vanilla. I recieved a receipt for chocolate. I sent them 2 messages telling them they are sending me the wrong thing and to make it vanilla or cancel it. no response until 2 days later and they shipped me chocolate. 3 days later i placed an order for vanilla. The vanilla came no chocolate delivered. I emailed them and they said its out of their hands no attempt to find it no apology. I told them to cancel it. 3 days later it shows up. I think they realized they didnt shop it and despite being told to cancel it they still shipped it out late no apology, no explanation, nothing. very poor customer service.

We answer all emails within 1 business day (not including Saturdays, Sundays, or National Holidays). I am so sorry that you did not receive your order when you expected. Our shipping time frame is in business days, which is Monday through Friday and does not include holidays. If you ever need your products faster, we do offer expedited shipping methods.
I see that your order was placed on May 18th (Friday afternoon) so it was shipped on Monday, the 21st and delivered to you on the 29th. Because of Memorial Day, you actually received your order on the 5th business day. Again, I apologize if this was unclear when you placed your order with us. I have taken them everyday as directed and I don't feel any difference. I tried taking the 3 together for an "immediate” response... Got nothing but some really weird dreams... :( Maybe it's just not for me...

Was a bit set off from the website…

Was a bit set off from the website offering numerous items at up to 75% off, but then discovering when trying to actually put them into the virtual cart that hundreds of the items were already sold out (should have been removed from the sale link).

The one item I found was processed appropriately and came a day later than I expected (took over 48 hours for the "ticket generated" to update with actual delivery information). The product was received intact and left on my doorstep.

Will likely shop here again, though give myself extra time before expecting to use the product.
