Order arrived fast, flavor could have been better I got blue raspberry, strawberry lemonade was much better .. price was much cheaper here with esupplements versus other websites

Absolutely terrible customer service

I would recommend anyone looking to buy from Esupplements to go ANYWHERE ELSE. I had a ridiculous time just placing the order, then it was pending for over a week and a half with the money already taken out of my account. Then every person I called keep saying “I don’t know” or “that’s weird” as to why my order that was paid for hadn’t shipped. Finally I got tired of waiting for them to decide if they were going to ship my product I ordered or not and wanted a full refund. They said they refunded my money and will take 3-5 business days to get my money in my account. A week goes by no money. I had to contact my bank to get my money back. And they had to nerve to tell me “you money was already refunded” but clearly nothing back in my account. Don’t buy from Esupplements.

Slow delivery

Slow delivery, no tracking info sent at shipping, customer service sounds like it is done out of someone's home, go with a more trusted supplement provider of you can....

I see that your order was shipped on the 4th with the 3-7 business day shipping method and was delivered on the 12th. Because business days are calculated Monday through Friday, you received your order on the 6th business day. We do offer faster shipping methods for orders that are more urgent and would encouraging using an expedited service if you need the package in less than a week and a half. I'm 57 and used to being active

I'm 57 and used to being active. I workin the restaurant Industry. I've been so fatigued by the end of shift, I've just come home and go to bed. I now have the energy to get my work out in.

I can't contribute the energy I feel to anything else. Nothing has helped. The deer antler has made a huge difference in my life

Not only is this the best price I found, but the last shipment contained samples of another very good product.

I really like esupplements

I really like esupplements, the prices are always great, deals are hard to beat. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because the shipping is super slow when you get free ground shipping. Seven buisness days plus three weekends days for a total of ten days. It was ready for pickup by the carrier (DHL) the same day I ordered it and still took 10 days. DHL is the first problem. Then it went all over the place with USPS. 3-7 business days is what was quoted delivery time.

Value was good(slow delivery)

Value was good. Took way to long to receive. Took a week to receive. Ordered same product off Amazon(which I hate!!) it arrived in 2 days. Same delivery method the post office.
