Mostly Alibaba or Temu products

Every prop at their stall is Alibaba or Temu.
But they are selling it as licensed items and claim it is licensed.
Same goes for the plushies.
so they can charge double the price for what the items are worth.
Bootleg items are common place at Conventions but to go around claiming an item is licensed when they are not.
Do not buy anything from them and stick to Temu or something similar

Product delivered broken.

The sword came in broken. Its a waste of my time following up. So I decided to not pursue the case.

Bad packaging really. Packaging came in bent and I was sure the product will be broken inside.

Bought as a gift so can't say much…

Bought as a gift so can't say much about it. Light weight though large, well packaged, unfortunately delivery person left on door step and sent me a photo of it while we were out (instead of with a neighbour). Pleased with Ecstatic and product. Also free treats and stickers enclosed 😀

The item wasn't delivered

The item wasn't delivered, Evri sent an email to say the parcel was damaged and to contact the seller. I've emailed the seller with the details from Evri on 17th March and have not received a response

ABSOLUTE JOKE OF A COMPANY!

ORDERED 19TH FEB NO SHIPPING INFORMATION PROMISED WOULD BE POSTED ON 3RD MARCH AFTER FINALLY REPLYING TO MY EMAILS THEN GUES WHAT? THEY DIDNT SENT IT ! REQUESTED A REFUND FOR MY ORDER AND YET AGAIN RADIO SILENCE **AVOID AT ALL COSTS**

Absolute worst company ever, AVOID!

Absolute worst company ever! AVOID at all costs. Never sent my items, i have called their number 15 times either engaged or rings out, i have tried to send 4 enquiry form through website and 3 emails privately with no response what so ever. My item hasn't arrives, they marked it as shipped, I contacted parcel2go and they said they have never received the order. No contact and no refund absolutely despicable. I ordered 17th October it was supposed to be shipped out in 48hrs never was.

And now they are asking for a feedback! You must be kidding me’ we emailed them prior receiving orders as we haven’t received any shipments details! Won’t every use them again’

Hard to contact the company…but nice product

I was worried that the company wasn’t legit because it says you will get an update 48 hours after purchase with a tracking number. I tried to contact them through every avenue, Facebook, website, email etc. No response at all. However the swords have come and they look really good, they are a Xmas present thank you

I haven't received my order

I haven't received my order, I've emailed, been on facebook, twitter, tried to call. No-one reponds. I've had an email to to say its been dispatched, no tracking number has been issued and nothing received. I'm having to drive over this weekend to try and resolve as communication is impossible.

Great customer service

Despite my figure taking a bit longer to arrive than normal pretty much as soon as I messaged them asking about the status I received a reply the next day and it was shipped out shortly afterwards and arrived quickly

Damaged Item Received. No support resolution for over 5 months.

I purchased an item in person at a convention in October from retailer. Upon unpacking the item later on, the item was damaged with parts missing. The box was sealed, but the damaged item was not in side of the box. Meaning that I could not repair the damage myself. After contacting customer support I have been waiting 5 MONTHS for the issue to be resolved. For the first few weeks the customer service was great, offering a quick resolution and being quite accommodating. After offering me a refund for the item, complete radio silence. Nearly 4 months have passed since I was offered a refund. After sending several follow up emails I have yet to have been responded to. I would avoid this retailer at all costs. It's been an overall upsetting and stressful experience when all I tried to do was buy a nice gift for my daughter and instead was met by an extremely neglectful customer service.

Manga Saloon (2022)

They came to the Manga Saloon in Barcelona (2022), their shop was closed by the staff because they were selling FALSE FIGURES and STOLEN MERCHANDISE.

Hi,
I think you have the wrong shop. We did not sell any figurines at Manga Barcelona. Our stand only had official Japanese plushies, DBZ shoes, cosplay foam swords and Japanese fashion. Today we are still open at Manga Barcelona. I will upload an IG story today to prove this. Also we have attended Barcelona since 2017 and the organiser have no problem with us.
