I tried Vlok’s AI system for my restaurant and it honestly blew me away. We used to miss a few calls and bookings a night, but now we haven’t missed any. When my team and I first called it, we genuinely thought there was another person on the line. The voice actually does sound like you’re speaking to a human.

We also used to use a paper book, but now everything’s recorded digitally with a full diary, allergies and special requests. If you try it, I’d recommend taking a few mins to set up the floor plan because it makes managing tables much easier.

Overall it’s been a great experience. I’ve tried other systems before but they don’t compare to this. This is the first one that’s actually worked reliably. Highly recommend!
