The part I received was an exact replacement for the faulty pump on my washing machine and fitted perfectly.
The video demonstrating the replacement of the pump was also first class. My only (slight) criticism is that there was an additional screw, not mentioned in the video) found at the bottom of the front panel near the filter.

Good customer service but packaging used needs to be upgraded for breakable items
Unfortunately the freezer drawer arrived damaged - twice, very poor packaging using bubble wrap but a flimsy cardboard box which arrived having been crushed at some point in the courier's care. On the 3rd occasion the freezer drawer arrived intact using more bubble wrap. Chloe in customer care resolved this issue quickly and efficiently.

Needed a new part for my dishwasher. Site search engine soon found the part I wanted ordered on standard postage and arrived within 4 working days. Ideal was just what I wanted. Never been disappointed when I have used them in the past.

Excellent replacement seal.
Ordered a new fridge door seal,arrived well packaged and in shape it should be to fit round door, easy to fit didn't realise how inefficient old seal was new one is bliss, will definitely order from espares when need be.
