I have windows 10. Your security doesn't cover Windows 10. I paid for it and want my money back.

I have found ESET to be quite flexible in the way it can be set up to work, and in all the years I have used it, no unwanted malware/virus has ever infected my computers. For the most part, it does its job silently and behind the scenes, unless it catches something on either my local computer or elsewhere in our home network that requires its attention and correction. My only frustration is that it frequently comes into competition for computer resources with other programs that run at startup--especially for hard disk availability--which can grind my older PC to a halt until one or more of the conflicting update processes completes. It would be great if the update process could put itself into the background until there are sufficient resources available to allow it to complete in a timely manner.

Go find some old people ( 65 to 80 ) without much computer experience, and have your IT people work with them to make the webpages more intuitive. I usually dread renewing my account because it takes me a while to figure out. I'm not setting up a new account, I just renewing an old account on the same computer. Several times I have had to completely erase the old expired account on my computer to load the renewal account.

I had to go to my American express account to get your charges. You never quoted them in the renewal email. The pricing communication was very vague. You can do better.

It is really keeping out viruses out way better then my former protection

It's easy and efficient. Most importantly, my IT guy had me remove AVAST and switch to ESET instead.

I have been using ESET for many years and find it as good as Norton or McAfee, both of which I have used. I am on auto-renewal, and a couple of days ago I got a notice that my bill had not been paid even though two deductions from my debit card had been made. I intended to call, but someone or something determined the issue, and that notice disappeared. I have two computers with ESET installed in case anyone is counting.

The application keep constantly breaking up. About every 3-5 days the Web\Email protections and Network protection complains that is not set.
I installed the application twice on each of my Mac for the last 30 days.

Difficult site to use. I had a hard time trying to find how to turn off auto renewal and I can't remove my credit card info from the site. I only want paper bills by mail so I can pay manually if I want to renew.
I was unable to set up a password for my account. It said my email was already registered, but I don't have a password for it.
I have no clue what I paid $12.99 for mobile security for or what I'm supposed to use it for.

Over years of use I've come to trust ESET to keep me safe on line.
