Poor. Checkout kept trying to connect and then rejected the card payment which didn’t make sense. When checked out with Apple Pay it worked. Should be easier to checkout.

Absolutely brilliant

I ordered a 18ct extra heavyweight 4mm wedding ring, supposed to arrive in 2 days but took 5 days. It only measures 3mm and is not heavytweight. Very disappointed will not use again or recommend.

Attracted by the extra 10% then found that was not applicable to my purchase

The website offered a 10% discount for signing up … but then after I had, it said my purchase didn’t qualify, without a reason why. Irritating!
Payment online was not smooth… website told me my Lloyds payment had failed … subsequently I was redirected to authorise on my banking app, which did then work OK.

Bought a white gold ring wedding ring. Sadly within a short time it discoloured. Ralph the store manager sorted it all out we exchanged for a platinum band paying the extra, Ralph gave excellent customer service.

Bought a Citizen promaster tough online at a good price. Watch was delivered on time and in retail packaging. Unfortunately the watch had no tags attached or normal wrapping so I have some doubts about it.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY. It has been many years since I've bought anything from this retailer, I am regretting making my recent order. I purchased a pair of earrings, then recieved an email from an obscure courier that I have never heard of. Today the courier sent me an email stating my order had been delivered, no picture, no proof of delivery - NOTHING. I did not recieve my earrings, even though I was waiting all day and need them for next week. I wanted to contact Ernest Jones to flag the issue to then realise customer service only operates Mon-Fri. The 'courier' is only contctable via their online form, something tells me I won't be getting my earrings or my money back. Do not spend a single penny buying from this company unless you want to lose your money and never see your item.

Incredibly dissappointed in the manager. Basically either calling me a liar or one of her team, all to cover her own mistake. It's a good job customer services are so kind. No kindess or compassion, lovely team members, just a shame they are let down by her. I pride myself in taking business to the high street, but for this business I'll go online.

Husband bought me a bracelet for Christmas cost £1000 within 6 weeks the catch that opened the bracelet broke off I returned it a the lady was lovely she replaced it no problem in the abbey centre store. After wearing the new one I thought it was ok but no this one had came off my wrist 3 times I noticed that the catch was faulty so I returned it to Belfast store this is my problem the manager was the rudest person iv ever met, she told me that the bracelet wasn’t faulty an the catch I said wasn’t fit for purpose was ONLY a secondary catch she then told me that she thought I didn’t like the bracelet, after I proved that it was faulty by demonstrating on one she had in the store was realised what she had said an done, I can’t express the attitude of this woman on here but believe me I will never shop here again. I contacted customer services and they never got back SHOCK do not buy from this store its a load of rubbish bad craftsmanship I have spent thousands over the last couple of years here but NEVER again.

I was assisted by Scott who I found to be extremely patient, knowledgeable and helpful way ; nothing was too much trouble. He took time to answer my many questions which was hugely appreciated as I wanted to make the right choice with my purchase

Pretty disappointed, first order and signed up to use the welcome code. Had my items in my basket, used the code, not applicable.
It’s a pretty poor show to lure new customers in with a discount code, only to deactivate it within seconds so it doesn’t work.
