Excellent service

Ordered a pair of Le Chameau wellys on Sunday and they were delivered on Wednesday no fuss and £45 cheaper than anywhere else. Excellent service in the future will certainly check this site before purchasing elsewhere.

If only all online shopping was like this!

I found some boots I wanted on the Ernest Doe website at a really good price. I’ve got to be honest, when I read the online reviews, I was nervous about ordering but went ahead anyway. Two days later, the boots have arrived and they’re exactly what I wanted. I had rung the company after placing the order to get an idea of when they would be delivered and the staff that I spoke to couldn’t have been more helpful. They told me they would make sure they would be dispatched promptly and sure enough the following day they were here. Absolutely first class service. I’m so impressed that I’m placing another order today!

Good customer service

Due to a computer error I was overcharged postage on a purchase. I rang ernest doe and Emily in customer services sorted the matter immediately and refunded the overpaid amount. Very happy with my purchase and also with the customer service

I ordered a seasalt waterproof coat

I ordered a seasalt waterproof coat. 3 days later received an email just to say my payment was being refunded. I haven't received cash back yet. This seems to be false marketing of goods. Will not use again. Update: no voicemail was left on my phone.

First class service that needs to be recognised

I purchased from Ernest Doe via eBay a branded Miracle Gro feeder however after over 11 months this item was leaking like a sieve.

Despite the warranty nearly being up, Ernest Doe did not hesitate to replace it at no cost to me.

First class service that needs to be recognised hence this review. I do not give 5 star reviews readily.
I would happily buy again from them.
