Heather helped me by explaining the status of the order.
I had checked the automated feature that the phone number directed me to, but it just said the order was waiting to ship, which is what it has been saying for a couple of weeks. She was polite, professional, and helpful. She also made me feel like a valued customer, not just another interruption in her day. I swear that I could hear a smile in her voice. Great customer service!

Was a skeptic, but got the right part fast!
I was skeptical before ordering, but ereplacementparts was the only place I could find the part I needed for an older miter saw. I had never ordered from them before, despite seeing them come up in the past when searching for other parts. It didn't seem possible that this place could have so many parts for practically everything. Boy was I wrong. Part showed up quick, wasn't overpriced and it fit. My saw is back in service!

I recently ordered a part for a freezer. My telephone customer service experience with "Julie" with eReplacementParts was one of the best I have ever encountered. Julie was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely courteous. She is a credit to the eReplacementParts brand!
