Our company called VERY last minute and we were told that they could get get our carpeting to us two days before the show which was great news. Then it showed up two days earlier than expected which is AWESOME!

It was a pleasure working with Jan Potter on my first order and I would honestly not go to ANYONE else for our trade show booth needs other than EPIC Displays and that is solely because of the EXCELLENT service I received from Jan. There are a lot of companies with the same offerings but Jan has a dynamite personality and will go above and beyond for your satisfaction. I felt as though I was an old friend of hers that she had known forever. How wonderful to feel that way! I wish EPIC could teach that kind of service to every company! I think world peace might have a chance if that happened.

There are lots of web-based vendors online selling the same product but I feel fortunate to have stumbled on this one. Customer service person was attentive and kind. The technicians took care to review my file and double-check that the quality was optimal. My display came on time and I'm very happy with the quality. RIP to my local sign shop selling this display for twice the price...

It's not often that you can get great quality and great service in the same company, and Epic Displays is one of the few. I needed a rush order, and they went over and above to get it to me on time. And when I got our display, EVERYONE commented on how awesome it was, and how simple it was to set up. I have already referred them to two other people, and will continue to do so!

It's always nerve wracking to send your custom artwork out-of-house to be printed onto a display piece. Initially I had a few issues but the art department at Epic displays was more than accommodating with helping me to work things out properly to my total satisfaction. Upon receipt of the displays, I was 100% pleased with the print quality, build quality and ease of set-up and take down of the display.

Epic Displays has really good prices compared to other vendors. I really appreciate that they stay in touch with you from the start of your order until delivery. I will continue to use them for all of our trade show needs. I'm so happy to have found such a reliable company!

Jan and crew do an excellent job of taking care of the customer from the first call to support after the sale. We will be using them as often as we can.

We came to Epic Displays with a last minute request for a 4x3 pop up, back lit conference booth. Their Client Service Representative Jan Potter, was an exemplary help every step of the way! From handling our last minute design changes, to organizing a rush shipping so our booth could arrive on time to answering our many questions, Jan provided costumer service that was second to none.

Our booth looked great, was easy to set up (1 person could do it in under 45 mins) and it was a hit at our conference! We would recommend Jan Potter and Epic Displays to any company looking for an amazing conference display materials.

Epic is great to work with. They always follow through on time and with accurate pricing. They bend over backwards to ensure we always have what we need and their prices are always fair. I would reccomend them to anyone.
