I have been playing at Energy Casino for almost a year and I have not had one problem with them at all. Withdrawals are lightning fast and without hassle, verification smooth and quick, and lots of fun games with great customer service. Refreshing to play at an honest casino where customers are valued.

Excellent variety of Games, but the withdrawal and identification policy needs work, and is concerning.
First red flag was that they don't let you upload your identification straight away - you have to wait for them to ask for it. I play on many Casinos and waiting for ID verification is a pet hate, so i normally upload all the documents the moment i sign up, so that i can be verified to the max and if i am lucky enough to win i dont have to worry about it getting in the way and taking ages. On energy yesterday i had a small win - and went to withdraw it, only to hit the fully expected verification requirements, which then took several hours to approve. I then submitted the withdrawal request, and after several hours or no email i checked and discovered the Max 1 withdrawal a week, and 72 hour hold policy. Not good. I normally receive my withdrawals within a few hours plus or minus bank times which puts them well outside the norm. So i think i will wait for my winnings to arrive, and close my account, and would suggest to anyone reading this to look elsewhere - there are far more flexible and accommodating casinos, and i personally, will be sticking to those.

My experience with this casino is extremely good and have had no inconveniences withdrawing my money, although I want to share sometimes it takes 2/3 days for my payout to land in my bank account.

Fair casino. Good selection of games. Slots don’t payout the best from my perspective but I assume they will at some point for me or other players. Withdrawals take average time compared to other casinos mine being 3 days. I don’t receive any notification in my emails with pending withdrawals for some reason. Also the fee after 1 withdrawal in a week is wrong and shouldnt be a thing but I guess you could get around it with patience. Overall 7/10 comparing it to other casinos

Very impressed to be honest, made a new account, And as always I am very skeptical with online Casinos that are not high-street or the other major players. I won £900 within a few days, and withdrew to bank account via bank transfer. I expected the withdrawal to be pending for a day or so before they requested everything from me, but literally within 12 hours of clicking withdraw the money was in my bank! No documents requested, no long pending, almost instant bank transfer, highly recommend, good variety of games i enjoy.

Mixed bag but good overall. The positives are: good range of games, good responsive customer service, quick turnaround on verification process and clear timeframes on withdrawals. The negatives are: immediately setting a monthly deposit limit on me (not a fan of casinos doing this) when I have already set my own limits, and only allowing one withdrawal per week and then charging a fee for any other withdrawals in same week (who else does this?!).

Read the bad reviews before joining this con. They are all the basically the same. Casino doesn’t pay. And same thing happened to me. Took the welcome bonus ($200 for $150 deposit). Actually won. $3000. Great. So I check the wager requirement, i know it’s usually a lot, was approx $10000, so I started grinding at it, buying bonus’s to speed it up. Got there and when requirement was meet actually had a bank of $6000. Great! Happy! Tried to withdraw $4000. Next day get a response saying “Sorry, betting didn’t meet requirements for the bonus, not only that we’re taking all your winnings and putting your account back to $150.” If that’s not a scam, I don’t know what is. If I wasn’t meeting wager requirement, why was wager requirement going down as I played?... And even if it didn’t, how does it justify taking all the winnings. They should have reset the requirement. It’s a scam people. A lot of bad reviews I wish I read. And I’d bet the good reviews are fake. Avoid it!

As a new user I tried the welcome bonus (get 150 percent bonus funds to match your deposit). I found it extremely misleading and unethical.

You can only play the funds on slot games (I never play slots, the odds are horrible). And there is so many restrictions and unfair fine print that there is absolutely no way to end up ahead.

I ended up losing a 100$, there is no way that the promotion was presented to me in a fair and ethical manner. It was predatory and just a money grab. I'm going to be glad when the pandemic is over, and I can just play with real people. Instead of a computer system that is just designed to take advantage of people.

I tried to talk to customer service, they gave me advice that was not in my best interest. Making everything worse. This online casino, is just a scam.
