I strongly advise everyone to avoid Energy Casino. I requested my first withdrawal on December 23rd, and I didn't receive my money until January 13th.

During this time, I had to submit the same documents (bank statements, proof of address, etc.) multiple times. Even though I provided everything they asked for immediately, they kept delaying the process. A three-week wait for a withdrawal is completely unacceptable in this day and age. Save yourself the trouble and play elsewhere.

Their operation appears legitimate and well-regulated, and most importantly:
I received my GDPR data almost 100% complete, with detailed explanations about data processing, profiling, AML checks and third-party providers. This level of transparency is rare in the online casino industry.
Important advice for players:
Do not try to trick the system.
Do not create multiple accounts, even within the same family.
Their security and fraud-detection systems are very strong and will identify this quickly.

Once a risk / C-type profile is applied, your chances are practically gone. This is not a casino for bonus abuse or account tricks.

Trzy dni czekania i dalej wisi „w przetwarzaniu”. Brak profesjonalizmu i frustracja gwarantowane. Sprawa zgłoszona do MGA I Casino Guru z całą korespondencją. Zachęcam osoby poszkodowane również sie zgłaszać do nadzoru.

Deposit and account verification went smoothly, but withdrawing winnings is a nightmare. The support keeps replying with the same canned responses, without taking any concrete action. Three days of waiting and the withdrawal is still “processing.” Lack of professionalism and guaranteed frustration. The matter has been reported to the MGA and Casino Guru along with all correspondence. I encourage other affected players to also report the issue to the regulator.

Difficult to make a withdrawal

I won a lot after just one deposit. Then I wanted to withdraw using the same method as I deposited with, which was revolut/mastercard. Which also is a requirement in any casino. For some “odd” reason, it wasn’t possible to withdraw using those withdrawal methods. It wasn’t even listed in the withdrawal section.

Then they asked me to deposit through NETELLER. Little did I know that NETELLER didn’t have any withdrawal option. And they told me that after I made another deposit. Then they asked me to withdraw through MiFinity, which forced me to open a MiFinity account.

Eventually got my money. Took 5 days. No verification hassle, which was nice.

What happened to this once fine casino? Used to be reliable, good choice of games. Nowadays withdrawals take a week, website\application is unreliable, lots of technical issues that take hours to fix. On the top of that I was scammed of the bonus more than once due to 'technical issues' that the support is not able to fix in hours but rather days leaving you without money to play with. AI-like support cannot help with anything, just provides same answers all over again.

Been playing on Energy for years as it…

Been playing on Energy for years as it was all okay until this year started.
They started to be cooky about keep asking documents once withdrawal comes up...
When you deposit and loose they don't ask where's the money from.
If you want to withdraw even just a small part of your loss then everything they need again and again. Even some deposit I made magically disappeared and I waited weeks to get it back.
Of course not by their fault.
Also interesting fact if you win on one slot in long term (weeks or month) one day you realize that only that game isn't working but all the other does.
Contacted customer service about this weird fact on live chat and they seems like don't bother really and of course something is wrong at your end, device,etc... yeah sure... that's why every other games working properly.
They promise to let you know about the outcome of their investigation but that never happens. The whole site is just going down in every way.
I'm disappointed and seems like the fun coming to an end soon...

For now 4 stars... Had win withdrew, 12 hours go by email that cancled withdrawls and needed docs... Sent in id needed and 20 minutes later my acc was verified and i could withdraw... And i got told what time i made the withdrawl usually the same time but the next day it should have no more pending. Good so far but ill update

There are much better options, stay away.

Casino is decent. Promotions seem a-okay. But there is where the good part stops. Casino still let me play because i had an account there. Closed it after i withdrew because apparantly they could not see i was playing from the Nethelands. Took them 3 days after requesting a withdraw to ask for documents. Refused good documents and took them two days to verify. Now i’ve been waiting for 40 hours for my small refund/withdraw and its still on pending for all i know.

Absolutely dire and predatory withdrawal times hoping you cancel it.

They do not want to approve my withdrawal and keep making up reasons. Your account is not fully verified, then they approve and reject it again saying that I cannot withdraw to my card and I need to use another bank account.
