1 month membership…
I was looking for a 1 month pass as I'm due to go to Drama School in September. I was able to pay up front by a very simple process. No joining fee. Brilliant service.

its a fantastic gym
its a fantastic gym and staff are friendly and knowledgeable, the only reason I didn't give full score was because the weight store location needs to be bit more organised but saying the that it the duty of the members to store the weight correctly

Best gym in Berkshire!
Every one of Energie Fitness staff are the most welcoming and friendly people you can get! I feel comfortable walking into the gym knowing that no one is judging! Highly recommend!

Having been a start up member with…
Having been a start up member with Anytime Fitness, I transferred my membership to Énergie when Anytime closed it’s doors. I choose my regular workout times at Energie to avoid peak attendance, and thoroughly enjoy this new experience. The equipment is more varied and well maintained, and the presence of staff to advise is welcomed. Overall, a good choice that I should have made sooner.

Welcoming and friendly environment
Being a new gym-goer can be nerve-racking and make someone anxious but at EF everybody is so welcoming. You don't get intimidated by the extremely fit people either because they are equally just as welcoming and cheerful towards your fitness journey

Very nice and friendly atmosphere
Upon entering Energise you will find: a clean, organized environment, with the necessary equipment to have a good exercise session. The atmosphere is very nice, and the administration staff are always willing to answer questions and show around the gym as well as how to use the equipment. The gym is aimed at EVERYONE (different ages), fitness level and you can really enjoy your exercise session alone or classes exercises.
There are several options for classes (pilates, yoga, etc.) and you have the option of parking your car in the parking lot next door at a price that fits in everyone's pocket, since the gym has an agreement (apps) with the parking company.
