I was recommended to Energy by a friend. I found the staff very welcoming and helpful. On one occasion, when I went to the gym for only the 2nd time, I couldn't find anyone to help me and wandered around for quite a while until I found someone. It was understandable in a way as it was Easter and several of the instructors were on holiday. Generally the equipment is easy to use once you get used to it.
The massage bed is wonderful.

I have spent almost 2 hours on the phone trying to sort out a problem. When the van driver came to pick up our parcel, he asked for the receipt, which we didn't have. He took the parcel but said that it may be returned which it has been. Tried to find a place on their website to explain the problem but no luck. Back to phone call. They didn't recognise the address in Austria we were sending it to and asked at least 10 times for the tracking number. The advisor then said that he would speak to his billing department and after 25 minutes on hold, I gave up and ordered the shipping from DPD. I will never use UPS again.

I have always found Heres to be excellent. They keep you informed every step of the way and parcels are delivered promptly, despite what must be challenging conditions.

The flowers are beautiful with a good variety of pretty ones and those that smelled lovely. They arrived exactly when Bloom & Wild said they would.

I was disappointed that I had to wait quite a while to receive my phone, much longer than I was expecting. However, now that I have it I am very pleased with it.
