Extreme abs 8PM Paul
Had an extreme abs session tonight it was amazing and had a very lovely instructor Paul who was very encouraging from start to finish I loved every minute of it and overall was an brilliant session will most definitely be attending again !!!

Friendly staff, plenty of equiptment
I've been using this gym now since January and honestly up until now I have always been scared of using the gym, walking into a room full of fit healthy people who might judge, but the staff here are so welcoming and always willing to help or give advice, and I feel so comfortable just coming in and doing my workouts.
I always come in when it's quiet so I can't comment for peak times bit I can always use the equiptment I need.
Would totally recommend to anyone
Also great if you follow their social media, they've always got challenges going on.

I have recently joined
I have recently joined, and from my first induction felt very welcome. The staff have been very friendly, and so have the other gym goers. I am getting use to using all the equipment which I say are very good. Other people may not agree, but as this is the only gym I’ve been too I have nothing to compare it to. Overall I enjoy going and I love the app.
