Such a welcoming environment
Such a welcoming environment. All the staff especially kris go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable and okay throughout your time in the gym. Service is amazing totally recommend especially to beginners who are nervous to start the gym all the employees will go out their way to help you in anyway they can!

This is the best gym to be a part of, staff are always so friendly and up for a chat whenever you walk through the doors. Place is always clean and there’s always equipment available to use, even when busy. Chris the manager runs a great place that’s welcoming to all its members. Cannot recommend enough!

This has been my local gym for a number of years. After trying many gyms énergie fitness Cambuslang stood out of the crowd for its great service, friendly professional staff and welcoming environment.

Fantastic gym and all about the members.
Fantastic gym and extremely friendly environment. All the staff are so helpful and always make time for you. I hadn’t been for a few weeks and I got a call from them to ask if there was anything wrong and if there was anything they could do to help me get back. Was completely overwhelmed by this gesture. Not one of these places to just take your money but absolutely there for the members. Highly recommend this place.

I went in to gym, within seconds i was being attended to by one or two of the staff, who are all very cheery and friendly, i am now settled and happy at the gym, ive now also got a PT, So im really happy ive made the choice to train here.
