Re-joined again last Monday. Thanks to Chris for making the full process very easy and being extremely helpful. The gym is also very well maintained and regularly cleaned!

Joined again a couple of weeks ago, would totally recommend an induction with Danni. She was so friendly and helpful.

Had a short stay in Cambuslang and was looking for a local gym. Work colleague spoke to Chris the manager and he sorted out a two week pass. Really friendly gym and management were really welcoming. Covid compliant and clean. Highly recommend 👌

Stayed in Glasgow recently for work and needed a gym to use. Energie fitness was just what I needed. Friendly staff, good well laid out gym. Selection of both resistance machines and free weight. In the high street so easy walking distance. We'll recommend.

Great gym. All the staff are really friendly, welcoming and helpful . Non-intimidating environment. Good mixture of equipment and machines, with a variety of classes available.

Me and my partner recently joined this gym and I’m so happy we did, the staff seem lovely, the manager Chris was extremely helpful and really easy going the other gym users all seem friendly and on name terms with each other, the place has a good vibe, I’m really looking forward to continuing my fitness journey here.

I have been doing online classes for about 19 months so thought I'd pop along to try EF in person. I liked the staff and environment that much I joined the next week to give me a mix of online and in person classes.
I met Chris during lockdown as he was kind enough to let me borrow kit to use at home. My only request would be for more class choices and maybe some longer ones please 🙂 x

Joined this gym today, Chris the manager was extremely helpful and pleasant. The sign up process was easy and quick. The gym is well equipped with cardio, resistance machines, free weights and a studio. The atmosphere was pleasant and welcoming and not at all crowded.

Great gym, great people, great vibes 🙂

Had a 4 week fitness review with Thomas recently and loved every minute of it. He asked me what kind of session I wanted to do and conducted it impeccable.

Chris and his team at energie fitness cambuslang are so welcoming and friendly. They could not do enough for all the members. All staff are very approachable and knowledgeable. The classes are excellent. They do a lot of charity events in the area and have raised a lot of money for the not so fortunate. Best wee gym in town!

Popped into Énergie Fitness Cambuslang to join and was met by Luke who explained all about the gym. Then the manager Chris welcomed me and done his best to get me the best rate and save money! All sorted and now a member. It was amazing to meet such friendly staff, especially when having gym anxiety but the atmosphere seemed friendly and relaxed. Can’t wait to get started. Great local gym with community at its heart! Thanks.

I've been to a few different gyms over the years, but Energie Fitness is the first one I've actually stuck at for any length of time. The more I came the more I enjoyed it. I haven't met a member of staff who isn't helpful or supportive or just willing for a chat if I need one. Coming in the door and having familiar faces greeting me by name and asking about me really makes a difference. To name a few staff who stick out for their fantastic customer service and commitment to the job are Thomas, Laura, Charlene, Danni and Chris, the gym would definitely not be the same without any one of them for sure!

Brilliant gym and well priced, it has everything I need.
The Kids Club was a welcome addition during the holidays, the kids keep asking when they can go back to the gym. Chris had plenty of fun games for them. All round a cracking wee gym.

Great gym that’s so local to me. Very friendly and motivating team. Megan signed me up for my membership and she has been so encouraging since. Would definitely recommend!

Meghan, Laura and Hannah are so helpful and friendly, always so fun to be around and love chatting to them, make you feel so welcome and make my gym experience so amazing, they’re so hard working and willing to help whenever you ask, they make me look forward to coming to the gym as they are so motivating, genuinely so sweet and kind!
