If you're looking for a friendly gym this is the one ,the staff are welcoming and knowledgeable, I love the classes . There is a good mix of members, different shapes, age and multi cultural. A good atmosphere. If you want to improve your fitness this is the place . I have been a member since the gym opened .

Excellent Gym space
The team is amazing, space is good. You have everything you need, from classes to machines, online training in the app.
I decided to change my life style, and as a overweight person I have my insecurities and I could unwelcome or even uncomfortable do to my limits but from the owner to the PTs they all make you feel welcome. Thank you. Shout out to Hassan, Amina and Sahan.

This gym represents great value for money. Price is significantly lower than comparable options in the area and the equipment is very modern and in great condition.
The reception staff are very friendly as well.
I don't mind but I know some people would find the Gym quite busy (which is understandable given the price per month) hence why this is not 5 stars.
However, give it a few months and once people start to break their new year's resolutions, I imagine the level of busyness will drop.

I visited this gym today & I was impressed on how it's run very professional. Very clean & well organised. I highly recommend this gym to local residents & community. Only just joined and haven’t used as much as I would like yet as my child is on half term but the gym is the cleanest gym I’ve been too the equipment is brand new and fresh the staff are friendly and helpful I’ve invited all my friends to join and I can’t wait to be going everyday this week

A good induction and 121 which gave me good guidance on how to use the machines and how to reach my goals. The staff is also really nice and helpful.

Flawless experience
Flawless experience. I have been a member of this Gym for 2 weeks now.
What sets this Gym apart from commercial ones is that the Staff are extremely welcoming and there is a great supporting community of members within the centre.
Hassan & Hussain do a great job of making new people feel welcome and help with whatever is required.
I love the challenges and different activities this Gym holds to engage with it's member's.

Great value for money
Great value for money! Facilities are clean, decent space, new and well maintained equipment for only 30 pounds a month with access to other branches nationwide! People and staffs are very approachable and friendly too!

Great gym, that's 24/7
This is a well balanced gym, that offers special perks as it has 4 heavy boxing bags - great for grabbing some gloves at reception and releasing some stress. Staff are friendly and happy to help.
Its also recently become 24/7 which is amazing if you're an early riser or late gymer.

First gym I've ever been to
Nice sized gym with lots of equipment options and friendly staff. Good background music as well. For a first time gym user, I've really enjoyed coming here and have felt comfortable but I've moved out of London so sadly am now unable to.
