Review of Energie Fitness
This gym represents great value for money. Price is significantly lower than comparable options in the area and the equipment is very modern and in great condition.
The reception staff are very friendly as well.
I don't mind but I know some people would find the Gym quite busy (which is understandable given the price per month) hence why this is not 5 stars.
However, give it a few months and once people start to break their new year's resolutions, I imagine the level of busyness will drop.

The product is one thing, is it safe to be using this on your ear.
Please do not support this company. They are charlatans (see below)
The customer experience is shocking, it is designed to make is long and difficult to simply return an item (and trust me, you will want to return this item)
To return an item, you need to pay for tracked delivery to Lithuania (no return label provided) about £7.
They charge a 15% restocking fee
(which is in breach of UK consumer rights)
Their website constantly says only 12 left in stock (that is a lie clearly and probably breaking some advertising law)
Their website claims the device is at 70% discount which I find hard to believe the original price of £66.50 and they provide no date or evidence as to when they were being sold at this price. Again, in breach of advertising law.
They send these long apologetic copy and paste emails instead of simply sorting out the customer issue.

Review of KLM
KLM rebooked my flight: MTY --> MEX --> AMS --> LCY on 27th to 26th Dec - that was fine by me however when I came to check in on 26th, AeroMex (the first leg) showed my booking was for 27th still with all flights on 26th - KLM had to fix this and as there is not desk in MTY, I had to wait on hold for 2 hours to get hold of an agent in KLM to correct this - then AeroMexico were able to check me in. Thankfully, due to my mistrust in KLM, I had arrived at the airport with 4 hours of time as I anticipated issues with this airline.
We had a whatsapp agent who appeared to be suffering from short term memory loss as they kept asking us to go to the KLM desk in MTY airport and we had to keep repeating there is not one. They could not help us one bit.
Luckily we made the flight with minutes to spare however, the bags got stuck in AMS and did not make it to LCY...
Review of eDreams
My flights were cancelled and I had to call eDreams to rebook. I called 10 times spending approx 1 hour each call before my issue was resolved.
At no point did eDream update me with the new itinerary.
The app is not fit for purpose. My booking remained in a cancelled state post amendments.
SIMRANJEET from eDreams was able to fix the problem for me but 9 of his colleague before him were unable to rebook my flight (all saying I would get a call back within 24 hours - at no point did anyone from edream call me).
Another agent (who I will not name) was unable to move my return flight saying "no flights available" even though I could see them on skyskanner - hence I had to drive to the airport to move me to an earlier flight with AeroMexico.
