If I could give minus 1 I would. Can’t access the website anymore. Can’t access via the app anymore. Want to cancel and remove my profile but it seems I can’t even do that. Rubbish!

For a date site associated with The Sunday Times its more like a hook up site
What woman in their right mind would want to interact with a faceless profile?
Glad I did not waste my money on it … I did not respond to two messages from men with hidden locked profile pictures
Honesty and openness is paramount these days for women’s safety
These sort of date sites are turning women into commodities, unless on some hook up site where the understanding from all in it they are hiding their identity then ‘normal’ date sites should not allow faceless profiles

I have to agree with the others reviews…
I have to agree with the others reviews I have had to contact my bank to get a refund because they intepert there terms and conditions as law which it's not so banks will take a diffrent view but it very bad customer service all round.

to employ “ Sales prevention officers “
Incompetent and ‘ old fashioned ‘. and out
of touch with everyday communication practices.
I Pointed out discrepancies in their own Policies but hey, they are right and the customer is…… wrong
