Easy to deal with and surveys are well planned, responsive to any queries

Completed a study, reached the final completion screen, and 3 weeks later still haven’t been paid.

Support replied once asking for details, I provided them immediately, and then they stopped responding completely despite follow-ups.

Very disappointing experience. Poor communication and no sign of the promised payment.

Real experience from a professional with 4 YOE (2.5/1.5 in two roles). My experience so far has been wonderful and I would recommend to veterans and those that have only a handful of YOE. Emporia vets people for each survey to determine fit - even then with my humble handful of thoughtful years, I have been well matched in assignments where my experience was appropriate and I could comfortably provide input. Payment is easy and quick. The assignment review process is easy.

I've been working Emporia for over a year and have had nothing but great experiences with them. They recommend surveys that are relevant to me and the surveys themselves are interesting and I'm able to give valuable insights based on my experience and skill set. Payments aren't immediate but Emporia has a great portal to track participation and expected payment date. I've never had an issue getting paid, even when there was a issue with a survey.

Legit surveys that actually pay—fair compensation for time spent. Main downside: it's mostly automated, so reaching staff via email can mean slow responses.
