As a marketer, I'm screened out of the majority of surveys for other companies but Emporia has some specific marketing-appropriate surveys.

I have been doing reviews for Emporia for over a year now and they always pay out when you qualify. Obviously sometimes you will be screened out but it's usually very early on.

If you have had an invitation and worry about signing up for fear it's not legitimate (like I did) fear no more! Sign up, do a survey and get a voucher for a little treat.

I loved the format of it. If they needed more detail - I was just tagged.

I have used Emporia Research multiple times and have gotten paid for surveys I have finished. I look forward to future ones. Sometimes I don't qualify for a survey, which is usually in the first few questions.

My overall experience with emporia was relatively smooth and transparent. Good value for time spent and the questions/interviews themselves were relevant and pretty detailed. Very clear communication and well-timed reminders. Would only highlight the fact that the interviews usually take relatively longer than advertised in emails, so good to keep that in mind. Lastly, it would be good to have PayPal/bank transfers as an option to claim payouts in the UAE.

If I were to offer one constructive suggestion, it would be to increase transparency around screener rejections, especially for highly qualified respondents. A few industry colleagues have expressed frustration that they complete screeners only to find they don’t “qualify,” without clear feedback. (This is not unique to Emporia, of course, but reducing confusion there could improve the participant experience.)

In sum: Emporia Research delivers excellent value through high-quality targeting, reliable execution, and responsive client support. I’m glad to continue working with them and would recommend them to other teams seeking reliable B2B research.

There was great flexibility on the date/time and the topic was exactly as they said. The questions were insightful and I enjoyed the interview. The payment was quick and offered several options which I appreciated.
