Looks fantastic.
The box arrived safely wrapped in bubble wrap. The item is hand made using real wood. I like the hooks that you fix inside to hold the medal bars - except the screws that came with it are slightly too long - filed off the excess - although it’s at the back of the box - it might scratch the wallpaper. Both sets of medals are proudly presented - looks fantastic.

Delivery was a bit longer than expected, (but when you realise the amount of orders they must receive, it's no surprise)that been said wasn't too long a wait for what is a quality item. Fantastic quick service. The quality is really good, I also asked for a change to the inscription after I’d received the frame I’d ordered (my fault not theirs) and it was no problem and resolved very quickly.

Miniature medal.
My medal arrived a little later than expected, however, when you realise how busy the company is, that was acceptable. My medal was swing mounted (like the original). It is top quality and well packaged.

Customer service is non existent
Customer service is non existent, they take for ever to carry out orders and site is not clear when ordering. I ordered a medal bar for my wife’s medals for when she has to wear on her uniform on a few occasions. The order was late and only acknowledged when I contacted and then it took another couple of weeks. I missed the tab that indicated sow on or bar and ordered the wrong one which I accept but I contacted and the lady said she would send the right part but nothing, it’s been going on since November so I’m unable to recommended then. Very poor service. Order 94819
