My mistake was not to prep more!
Installed mid-range heater a week ago and happy with build and features. Realise now the importance of thorough research as a solar-ready model might have been better to take full advantage of possible savings since this version only charges during the off-peak period and cannot be boosted if the sun is shining. We live and learn but still happy with the outcome.

Spoke with the technical team and they resolved the problem immediately.
So much for getting a electrician to solve the issue he did nothing a'd charged me £96 for a call out.
If you every get in the same situation and your storage heater is not working for some reason call the help line 1st, absolutely fantastic team of experts.

Fantastic service
Had an issue with my storage heater, it took Elnur less than 24 hours to respond to my enquiry, and the assigned technician was on the phone the day after to arrange a date to fix the issue. When he arrived, he was extremely friendly, gave helpful advice regarding using the heater, and then fixed the problem in less than 30 minutes!
Genuinely really impressed by the service and want to thank Stephen the technician.

Great technical support...
The support the help line gives is excellent and the knowledge around any problems is unbelievable.
The advisors have been polite, patient and have gone over and above, putting our minds at ease as the heaters are a little complicated if you are not up to date with the technical world.
On that note sadly, we were left to programme them ourselves, with no help or guidance from the initial installer.
We are still unsure how to programme the towel rail as this was too complicated even a younger person who offered struggled to understand this....it was felt that we should have had a remote control?
Heaters at the moment are working well, and we are happy with them just took a little time to get to understand them, (this is ongoing).
We were unaware that we needed a 24 hr electric supply so had limited heat for the first 3weeks of installation until we paid privately for another electrician to rectify the problem.
Great technical support as sadly if it was not for them possibly we would be changing to another source of heating as let down by installer which blighted the whole experience.

I left a review on here a couple of weeks ago because the storage heater I had installed is so beyond complicated that I can’t use it , neither the electrician nor I can programme the thing to work. Thanks Elnur for saying you will advise me over the phone to help me, would be nice if only you would answer it. I’ve been first in the queue to the technical department for over an hour now. I wish I’d read the reviews before I bought this heap of rubbish.

As an installer of Elnur product we have found them great. Technical is incredible with help personally this has been one of the best tech supports we’ve seen from a manufacturer. Matthew and Jonathon have been first class.
The Mac15 boilers are a superb option for customers and they are reliable all feedback from customers has always been 5 star. There heater range is excellent and warranty is fantastic. The storage heaters and panel heaters work great in combination with solar and battery.
We would give more stars if we could but keep up the great work and fantastic products. The experience is second to none

Elnur Technical support has been fantastic. It took a few phone calls to resolve our queries but each time the agents were extremely helpful. Many thanks especially to Jonathan who waited patiently on the phone as he talked us through which steps to take. Our storage heaters are now working well.
