Easy to install, smart design.
Easy to install, slimline + attractive, although only in situ a few days working well. Somewhat fiddly to programme but after setting up two, others were far easier. Yet to move back into property and assess full heating efficacy.

My heaters were installed today
My heaters were in school today very efficient workers and I’m very pleased with the product. I know it’s early days as they were only installed today but they look really nice.

Elnur oil filled radiator
Very quick delivery. Easy to install. Due to mild weather we have yet to use so unfortunately cannot comment on efficiency etc. But, Elnur was recommended by an electrician friend of ours.

Great Customer Service
I was looking for an electric radiator for a small porch, I phoned customer service to check if the radiator would be big enough for the size, the advisor was very helpful and gave the info I needed, after purchase I emailed to confirm some settings again I was given accurate info with detailed settings, so I am very happy with the product and service.

We are very pleased with our new heaters, and the companies we have dealt with. However, as with several neighbours we have spoken to, understanding exactly how they work, and what to do after instalation is not very clear. The fitters simply fit the heaters and leave them on. A follow up visit with instruction would be great. Most seniors like us are not into all these digital gadgets.

Electric storage heater with an excellent warranty
Item was delivered on time and in good condition. Only installed 3 days ago so too early to provide views on performance etc.. Storage heater arrived without a fitting kit that was meant to be included and no installation or user instructions. My installer provided a fitting kit and the required instructions were sourced on line with yourselves.

Professional service and quality product
Needed to take along term view on heating a conservatory, that is used most days of the year. Did some research and chose this as it’s a 2000watt heater, and is oil filled.
Ordering process easy, delivered very quickly.
Installed yesterday, a lot of variations on how to use, i.e pre programmes or manual use. I’m very impressed, and this morning not long at all to warm up, toastie,
It wasn’t cheap, but the build quality is sound, and it looks very smart. Brilliant.

I have no idea if I am pleased with my…
I have no idea if I am pleased with my new storage heaters as I cannot work them!!!! The day they were installed the installer told me he didn’t know how to program them and then left. I have been on the phone to Emma at Warma Homes and am getting nowhere. She said yesterday somebody will come out to me but gave me no date and I haven’t heard from her today. This scheme is brilliant from beginning to end, if only the installer could have programmed them for me. The I old heaters were so easy to use these are not. I lost my husband of 51 years unexpectedly in March and I am so sad and stressed out over these heaters. The scheme I works, my heaters DON’T. They were installed on 26th September.

Elnur Storeage Heaters
I have replaced 8 storeage heaters over the last 8 years all Elnur the last one today. All have worked very well and easy to install. I have not connected them to wifi and use them on the basic temperature adjustment which works for us. They have been a vast improvement in energy used compared to our previous heaters

Whilst registering the product warranty…
Whilst registering the product warranty through the QR code, a pop up appeared trying to get us to register with a gaming site.
We then registered it not via the QR code and it all worked fine. Be aware of scammers.

To clarify, there are two QR codes provided with your heating product: one on the product itself, which displays the serial number, and another on the Manufacturer's Warranty sticker, which directs you to our warranty registration page.
You should never encounter a pop-up to register with a gaming site, as there are no pop-ups on our website. We're grateful for your understanding as we work to ensure a smooth experience for all customers.
