Fast and helpful email interaction

I contacted EllieBeanPrints on email because I wanted to hear if they were able to ship my order to Denmark any faster than their website options allowed me to. They replied fast and was able to send my order with another company (instead of Royal Mail they used UPS) so the delivery time would be a lot shorter.

Even though I haven’t received my order yet. (I literally just had this interaction with them this morning) I am still extremely grateful for their help and even if I don’t receive the order in time, it is now out of their hands and they have done everything in their power to get it shipped as soon as possible.

Therefore I would like to thank Andrea who were a huge help!
