First order. Everything went smoothly and company, Jomanda, is one I have worked with before and they are great.
Awful communication, impossible to communicate with, rigid, invoices confusing and only operate on US time.

This is the first time I have used Creoate and ran into a problem with my order. The amazing Fassal reached out and asked how he could help. I had issues with placing a coupon for discounted loyalty. Sunita was so patient with getting me sorted.
I would give zero stars if I could. Their customer service team communication is arrogant, unreasonable and not plausible. The website is very slow and definitely not user friendly. They do whatever they want with the invoices, decide how to use your money. For example, I placed an order and paid with my card, the seller couldn’t fulfil my order at the advertised price and asked for more money, I decided to cancel it. The Creoate team used the refund money to cover my other order which was not due instead of refunding the money back to my card or asking my permission to do so. The other seller SueSilk delayed my order for ages saying that they were manufacturing some of the scarves. Later my customer showed me the same scarves on Temu cheaper than they were selling them on Creoate, so they definitely don’t check their sellers. Moreover, the refund process for the damaged goods is very long and technically almost impossible as their website makes it really difficult to upload only five allowed photos. Avoid at all costs. Most of their brands sell separately and you can order directly with no fuss.
Working with Fassal on our onboarding to Creoate was a very smooth and professional experience. He made the process clear and efficient, took the time to understand our brand and commercial goals, and provided practical guidance on catalogue setup, pricing, and promotions. Communication was always prompt and proactive, which kept everything on track. A great partner to work with and we’re looking forward to growing our presence on the platform together.
2/13, Update to response from Creoate: The platform gives an option to get paid via PayPal in the Payment settings. I had my PayPal information in from the the time I joined in Oct 2024. The order was picked up 11/11/25 and delivered 11/21/25. When I realized I had not been paid 35 days after the order had been fulfilled, I asked about payouts and they let me know the system would automatically update and trigger the payout. I submitted a payout request January 12th, 2026 and received an email saying they would “investigate and process my payment within 5 working days, beginning from the next working day.” So I waited… They didn’t tell me until February 10th, 2026 that they don’t pay via PayPal AFTER I had to reach out again to see where my payment was. How was this fact not found and sent to me when they conducted their "investigation" in January? Why offer payout options that you don’t use? I shouldn’t have to keep checking and chasing people around for answers, especially when your platform says one thing but you’re doing something different.
Such a horrible experience as a seller on this platform. I'm not sure if it's so bad because I'm in the US but the platform is not good, you don't get notifications for orders until 2 weeks after the customer has placed the order and the "customer support", Sunita says its the customers fault because of payment issues, but the customer claims they were unaware. A huge mess! The system is supposed to automatically update when the order is delivered for payouts... and it doesn't. And I still haven't received payment from a small order that was completed back in November 2025. I submitted multiple payout requests and each time there's a different reason as to why they cannot pay me, and they continue to defer the payment. I'm having to chat with a bot, Sunita, and email Fassal about sending my money. I'm deleting my profile immediately after I receive my money, IF I receive it at all. AVOID this platform if you're a seller! Super counterproductive. A lot of time wasted dealing with them.

I was having an issues with my storefront not showing up, or any products. I spoke to Sunita and she solved the issue. Very grateful
They are well know for being dodgy, and I never wanted to work with them, however a Brad. I wanted to work with strong armed men into going on this platform. I’m not sure if they had something additional invested in working with CREOATE but it was the most horrific experience I’ve ever had in business. They are grown men running this company and they act like children when you give them constructive feedback, they gaslight, lie and threaten you, and they withheld over £10,000 in order payments. The stress caused by their behaviour had a serious impact not only on my business, but on my mental and physical health.
I learnt to trust my gut, if something doesn’t feel right don’t let someone else persuade you to go against it
Edit: after this review I was then sent inappropriate and harassive emails from fassal for leaving a negative review. There should have never been any contact and my personal information was not up for sharing with these scammers!

However the platform itself is too slow so you really need to address this as I think it puts customers off and if you can sort this out it will be so much more user friendly for both us sellers and our customers too.

Ive been trying to set up a sellers account for the last 30 days. When I finally signed up I booked a call with FASSAL Mahmood, he cancelled last minute with no explanation, I followed up and go no response. Extremely unprofessional to say the least
2 days later I spoke to an agent on the bot account called "SUNITA". Told her the situation and she said she would try to contact him to email me, she couldn't get a hold of him and then told me she would get back to me with an update , I asked for her contact email and name and she said her name was "SUNITA" which is the bots name ... and gave me the support email ... clearly she wanted no accountability for the fact she did not email me back in the end and I think in general they seem to be a small team who either cant handle the workload or are just very unprofessional and incompetent, which ever the reason is I wouldn't trust them handling any business and I can just foresee future problems so I will not be exploring this further as I believe they are problems waiting to happen as you can see by other posts. Waste of time!
