Avoid like the plague

Not trustworthy at all. They demand extra payments after accepting orders and payments according to their advertised prices and cancel orders without the customer's approval. They advertise fixed delivery prices to EU, but do not honor the advertised prices.

Anders als dem Käufer steht dem Verkäufer kein Widerrufsrecht zu. Er muss sich an sein Angebot halten, sobald ein Gebot eingegangen ist. Dieser Verkäufer hat nicht gehorchen dieser Regel.

Aus technischen Gründen war es leider nicht möglich, die Versandkosten für ein Elektrofahrrad nach Finnland in unserem Online Shop auszuweisen. Der Kunde wurde umgehend über die tatsächlichen Versandkosten informiert. Nachdem er mit den zusätzlichen Versandkosten nicht einverstanden war, wurde die Bestellung storniert und der Kaufpreis zurückerstattet.
