I had a problem with my bike that was under guarantee. The company made sure that the bike was properly fixed and gave me even a free mantainance. There communication was always really fast en professional.
They helped me a lot in all the replacement process of the display of my bike.
I did have some issues with the display/controller of te e-bike. But the support desk was of great help so we could quickly solve the problem!
