can not fault the service
I got the product I wanted at a better price than other retailers. I ordered it at lunchtime and it was delivered by 9am the next morning and my old washer was taken away free. I would definitely use again.

The only good thing is the price
Delivery took over a week rather than 1-2 working days, did not return my call twice, delivery drivers were rude wanted to leave the dishwasher in the front garden packing was ripped off and I was told CHECK NO MARKS & SIGN. Packaging was left all over my flood and with his signature the driver simply walked out. No apology for the delay, no would you like me to take the packaging away. I would strongly recommend spending the £15 or so you save on buying from John Lewis and saving the hassle and rude service you'll receive here. On a positive note the bosh dishwasher is brilliant

Brilliant product and service
I brought my new indeset fridge freezer from Electrocentre Ltd, as no other web site could offer the same deal and it was cheaper than EBay by £25 I brought it on their Internet site on the Saturday and it came the following Tuesday and had a telephone call from their service team on Monday to state when it was going to be delivered and that the van driver will phone me promptly that day which they did to state they would be with me within half and hour.They unpacked fridge freezer and took my old one away. The delivery drivers was very polite and courteous and fully explained to me to check over this appliance and also that they would not be able to take the packaging away with them. The indeset fridge freezer BIA 134F work perfectly at times there is noises coming from it that is to be expected to maintain the fridge temperature but there is a lot more space in the fridge and also I like the freezer draws all four are draws and not the pull down ones which can break off. Would I recommend this company yes and the product I brought also couldn't fault the delivery drivers they were superb.

Originally went to another company for my w.machine. After three weeks, still no machine, so got a refund. Found Electrocentre on Internet and price for same machine was £51 cheaper, so ordered it on Sun 12th, and it was delivered 11am Wed 15th by two very pleasant young men who unpacked and checked it for damage etc. they also removed my old one FOC. Considering the logistics involved, this was outstanding service. Oh, and the machine is outstanding too !

Excellent service
Was very sceptical about purchasing samsung TV from this site as it was over £125 cheaper than anywhere else. Took a chance and it paid off. Easy transaction went through PayPal (safer payment) received email confirmations. They called me the day before delivery to let me know it was coming. I called the office to confirm delivery time as I work and they a offered to give me drivers number!! good service! Amazing product at an amazing price. Would recommend.

But the delivery drivers had poor English, so really difficult to explain where we lived (although sat nav takes you to front door and not difficult to fing without). On arrival they just wanted to dump the machine and run, didn't seem to care
