Honest wome, love it.

Seems to be an honest site at this stage. Have not committed to a subscription yet.
Would like to see an increase in the number of texts available before it encourages a paid subscription. Not by many, say another 2.

Terrible site, much to expensive. Even if you try to tell matches you are not premium and can't respond site blocks your messages with women thinking your ignoring them. Even if you try to put it in your profile the site will not let you mention it and block your bio. Terrible site.... don't use. Spend your money and go to a club. Good luck 👍

Easy to use and understand

Quite disgusted by the amount of money charged and within the first three days, I had multiple scamers approach me.
How is it that a legitimate user is charged so much yet anyone can seem to approach those users. It seems eHarmony has no real security.

Their site is not what their marketing strategy claims. They do not find you anyone that matches your profile!

They take all your money and DO NOT PROVIDE a service they claim.

Very much a scam process

Eharmony for all the hype is no better than any of the other sites, they want your money, restrict your access, require automatic renewal where they can bill you over and over. Very limited options for persons in remote locations. No real customer service. Avoid these sites.

My parents mention this app, got married and had me. Overall I think is app is affective.

I like the variety of questions that were asked, and feel that in some way, they will help me make a positive connection with somebody.

Posted profile 3 months ago. Not many 'hits'. All responses were from 100 to 250 miles away. Heavy marketing.

I was on eHarmony for about 3 to 4 months I had no success on there I've reached out to so many different women they don't offer you help on your profile they don't make it sound any better you have to also pay extra for that so if you're cool with paying a lot of money for nothing I've read more success going out to the local bar and meeting women then going on this online website I've had better luck meeting girls on a free dating site I give this site a half a star if I could cut that one star in half and then on top of it they'll send debt collectors after you

What an app eHarmony is certainly in my opinion the best dating site when it comes to real users zero scammers I recommend it to everyone who is looking for something genuine 🙏

I canceled and deleted my account. I have there email saying it was canceled. They sent me to collections. Stay away or your credit will be messed up for 7 years.

If I can give “NO STAR” review to eHarmony I would. To begin with, they have a lot of profiles with no picture or only one picture, a lot of inactive accounts and spammers. eH verification process doesn’t work for me and there is no filter to select “verified profiles only”. The uploading pictures system is not friendly it crops pictures terribly. The customer service is not friendly, not helpful and hostile. It’s been a waste of time and money. eHarmony used to be pretty good long time ago. Not anymore. Do not use your time and money with them.

I haven’t really had interaction yet with people because I live in the Republic of Panama . I am interested to meet men not just from USA but from other countries as well as South and Central America .

eHarmony is very thorough and tries to get a complete profile so that potential partners will know as much as possible about their selections.

Eharmony literally has less than 5 people under 100 miles from me. The first day they had 8-10 profiles in a row with no pictures. Every other contact I get has hidden phone numbers or ways to communicate. I contacted them the first day or 2 about this and asked for a refund and was told to open my profile to over 100 miles there were no refunds... TERRIBLE customer service because they cannot provide the service they said they could in my area apparently...
