I went to Egypt in March l stayed in Hungara for 2 days then on a Nile cruise visited all the sights and had an amazing time .All organised for me l travelled alone but felt very safe l meet some great friends. I loved going down the Nile it was very peaceful l was well looked after by the staff l cannot thank them enough

Just finished the booking process. Reeha was fast and efficient in giving us quotes for what we were looking for, so full marks to the sales side. If the holiday is as professional and as painless as the booking then we will be very happy.

We booked 9 months before travelling. Everything is by phone and the itinerary is completely tailored to your wishes. We booked an extra day in Luxor and extra days in Cairo instead of going back to Hurghada.
Our group on the cruise was only 10 people, one couple of which had also booked through Egypt Escapes. The guide was very good and stayed on the cruise with us.
There is a sheaf of paperwork with all the flights, transfers, hotel vouchers etc. The only thing that was missed out was the transfer between the two Hurghada airports, which was a bit of a downer on our last day.

Egypt Escapes, is a company that books everything through third party providers and then creates an itinerary. Once booked they will send you everything and take the instalment moneys from your account and will only contact you if there is an issue.
Can you book the holiday cheaper yourself – Yes, I checked but it’s not ATOL protected that way.
I originally booked my holiday and found it tedious as I wanted to be able to see the price and have a clear idea of what I am paying for however this is a company where they like to talk to you on the phone and impart their knowledge. It very time consuming and frustrating.

We booked last minute Sereh was very organised and quick to understand our requirements. The holiday was really good and everything worked really well. We had 4 transfers and they were very reliable which was great. Thanks Sun International. Thanks Sereh we had a great time

We were sold a 5 star Cairo, Nile Criuse, Luxor and Soma Bay package but it fell short of the mark.

Cairo was great.

The Nile Cruise was great but the boat, MS Royal Viking, fell short on dated rooms (creaks & leaks), expensive add on 'optional' activities and a full board package that didn't include drinking water. 2.5 days in boring Aswan are hard to fill so it woukd be better to have another day in fabulous Luxor.

Luxor hotel excellent. Private transfer to Soma Bay arrived late and was a poor condition street cab with no working seat belts. Egypt Escapes could do nothing to help so we had to arrange our own transfer.

5 star Soma Bay certainly isn't. The rooms are average. We had 3 beds in ours (for 2 people) so it looked like a dorm. Swapped to a double, but there is no sofa or other furniture too fill the space - very disappointing.

Poor value for what we paid. I wouldn't recommend Egypt Escapes.

Reeha made the booking process easy and cleverly juggled things to enable us to have the holiday we want at the time we want.

Richard Solomon from Egypt Escapes was fantastic - great customer service and made sure to get me and my partner the best price and overall package. Called me back quickly when he said he would and was super courteous throughout. Would definitely recommend Egypt Escapes purely from a customer service point of view. Thanks again Richard!

Just booked a Nike cruise and stay and the whole process was handled so well by Susan. She adapted our holiday to meet are exact requirements. Great price to. Once we return I will leave a review on the trip.

The staff in Egypt were excellent from the transport guys to the staff in the hotel and on the boat, they couldnt do enough for us and made the whole trip memorable

Serah was very helpful and found us just what we were looking for. Although just after we booked our holiday my husband lost his job due to the company he worked for going into administration so we could no longer afford the holiday so we emailed Egypt Escapes explaining our situation and they were no help at all. We paid £400 deposit when we booked and understood we would lose it when we cancelled the holiday but every day since they have tried to take over £1000 out of my account 2 or 3 times a day saying we have to now pay for the flights! My bank has blocked them from taking anymore money but every day they still try. I have emailed them time and time again asking them to stop they just ignore my emails. I would never recommend this company to anyone they have added so much stress to an already really stressful situation!!
