Recieved the roses and a couple were already starting to droop, by day 3 they were all drooping and dying so had to throw away, i got some from sainsbury on the same day which are still looking good 2 weeks later !!!

Unfortunately the delivery company used tried to deliver to a company address between 17:30 and 19:30 on 2 evenings and the third attempt was on a Sunday, fresh flowers would have most definitely been dead by 3rd attempt! I felt dismissed when pointing this out to Eflorist so WILL NOT BE USING OR RECOMMENDING... very disappointing

The delivery and timings were fantastic BUT the picture and price I paid for the advertised bunch was a far cry from what was delivered! £30 plus delivery charge for a bunch that was smaller than what you would have paid £7 for in a supermarket, I feel ripped off

We were very impressed with the way we were kept informed of the progress of the order. When the flowers were delivered, they came on time and were beautifully presented. My friend was absolutely delighted with them.
