In my opinion, the mediator Harvinder came across as rude and arrogant and unprofessional. Harvinder was bias and took favour of the paying party, having multiple private meetings with them and he did not privately meet with me once. Would not recommend and would find a more professional mediator for any future matters.
Their website uses the name of Citizens Advice as clickbait and to give it credibility.

Very rude and abrupt, kept interrupting on the phone and made me feel worthless. Horrible telephone manner, what a waste of time. I went elsewhere and got much better service as well.
