Terrible service - id give them zero stars
I am a Uk customer and found they a Terrible service.
Whilst I've read people who buy from them on Amazon do get replies, that's from a seller not the actual company.
The products themselves are good but if you have an issue don't expect a reply from support because you won't get any. In fact I've never ever a reply to any of my support requests. Over the weekend their portal engage dot efergy dot com/dashboard which is the only way you can view the recorded data from the meters has been down. Just a blank white page. Its happened before and sure it will happen again but no sorry or we are working on it message. Funny how their actual website which they sell on never goes down.
Save yourselves some hastle and avoid this company and find alternatives which
UK customer service was good
I purchased through Amazon, and had some trouble connecting the Emax transmitter to the screen. I emailed the seller and they emailed back within an hr and then called after I provided my number . The issue was resolved on the phone and all is good.
Rubbish non existent customer service

Efergy Elite Do Not Buy
Efergy Elite worked well for about one month and now no longer works. I cannot get the receiver to connect to the device for longer than a few minutes. Absolutely no customer service. What a waste of money.

Was unplugged & connected into the usb socket direct. The actual monitor wasn't touched/moved. Have contacted them 3 times, just as others have said, an automated response that they have received your email & a case number. Definitely don't buy direct from them, even if it is cheaper, at least a shop you can take it back quicker.
No customer service
Ordered a unit on the 2nd of Feb, nothing received, sent 3 emails no responce appart from your email has been received , what sort of customer service is this? Great flashy web site but appalling service. Hard to recommend a company with such poor customer service !!!!!!!

UK buyers beware VAT included doesn't mean VAT included
I bought a number of Engage units for a Community Energy company I am involved with. At the checkout from their UK website the order and subsequent invoice showed that VAT was included.
I had an issue where one of the units would not connect to their website, so contacted customercare giving details. Apart from an automated response I have as yet received no response, and have now resolved the issue without their help.
I then received a Duty & Tax invoice from Fedex for VAT due, as 0% VAT had been levied by Efergy.
I challenged this with Efergy and received this response "The reference to VAT shown is only for statistical purposes (so there is an idea of what VAT will attract upon import at HMRC). Your confusion is understandable however for this to be a valid "vat invoice" should show the VAT rate applied and the calculation (which the invoice provided by the system does not show as it does not have to)."
Sad decline of a great company
It's sad.... I've been using efergy for years and was pretty happy with it. Suddenly, it stopped working and has been offline for almost three weeks. The company only stated in their facebook page that they are having problems managing data. I wonder if they will ever come back but they are still selling their hubs... Beware.

Terrible back up service from Energy
I was quite happy with the product although probably not very accurate.
BUT back up service from Energy is atrocious.
The system has stopped responding and sending any data back through the hub.
GET A GRIP EFERGY
Unreliable gear and no support
Unit stopped working so emailed them asking for help and got an auto response but never a reply. The gear is unreliable and there is no support.
Turns out that there server was down for several days which had happened before.
There is never a notification to let you know this has happened and they never respond to your email for help. Not even an email response to say the server is down and we are working on it.
Do not buy efergy gear if you want service and reliability.

Efergy E-Max Totally inaccurate
Efergy E-Max, super inaccurate, thought it wasn't too bad until I bought a Din Meter and realised the readings were way out! Drawing 445kW on the Efergy and the Din unit is saying I'm drawing only 315kW after two weeks of comparison with a "units" system the Din version is smack on! Each time I check the readings are wildly erratic! The Efergy is now disconnected! Waste of £90
