The customer service rep who helped me was Eveldina. She answered promptly and was very helpful. She knew exactly what needed to be done and waited patiently on the phone until the fax went through. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable and I was highly impressed.

I was a free efax user for years. Was happy to pay the monthly fee when they required that.
Here is why I cancelled and an important thing you should know to avoid a huge unexpected, credit card bill.
1. They have you credit card on file.
2. If you go over the limit off incoming pages you will be charged for each addtl page.
3. You do not have the ability to see that the fax conatins 75 pages or 25 pages and not accept or open to avoid the charges.
Say you ask your Doctor to send you last exam notes but instead they send 10 years with of info, many, many pages. You will be stuck with a huge charge on your credit card. Thats a legit fax but you dont want it when you see how many pages. What about a wrong # or solicitation? Your screwed.
4. I asked the lady if I get a huge fax and before I open it can I request it be deleted to avoid the charge? Answer, no once it's received you are billed no refunds.
Very risky, you've been warned.

The ease with which you can use internet based faxing is great. Customer service support was great even to downgrade as extensive service not needed.

Impossible to Gain Access to Account. Everything is an auto response, nothing gets read or answered by a human. Say to chat with them online but it doesn't work. On the phone you're on hold forever and then they can't help you. Trying to get someone to help me gain access to an account that we're paying for each month (for at least 12 years) but can't get into.

Stefan was a great help. It took a while to find my account since the credit card number was an old one. Stefan was patient and customer focused to solve the issue. We are a non-profit and in 2024, after several years of working with these people, we were hit with a $910 bill for invoices we were never given. This was from most of 2023 and part of 2024. So, we gave them a credit card to continue with payments so this would not happen again. Then, shortly after, we cancelled with them. Now, June 2025 and we are told we owe them more money from last September!? They need to hire competent finance people as no business should be receiving invoices from a prior year, especially two years in a row!

I am unable to get anyone to cancel my account. I sit on hold forever when I call them, they don't respond to support emails, their online chat is useless. I can't find the account cancellation link from my billing page.
