everything went oh so well and then it was the wrong shower head.
everything went oh so well. Very helpful. Unfortunately, after installing the rain shower head, I realized it was only 2GPH. We explicitly asked for 2.5 gallons. I should have been more diligent in surveying what was sent to us. I would use them once again. Mary was very helpful.

Everything positive
Our experiences with eFaucets have been nothing but positive. Their selection and prices are great and service afterward even better. We had purchased a Kohler tub/shower trim package, which arrived quickly, but I was unable to get it to fit properly. Emily in Customer Service proved quite knowledgeable about their products, assisted in the purchase of a replacement kit, and return and refund of the original one.
