GOLD-OBSESSED DIGGERS

Edjing Mix offered me a free trial to compensate for the charge Apple deducted from my card. Now, it seems that Apple’s internal practices are the real issue. Be aware: never use a free trial app from Apple without canceling it, as they will automatically charge you once the trial ends. If you do opt for a free trial, avoid adding your payment information to your Apple account, because they may charge your card without your consent. Doing so without permission from the cardholder is unethical and disrespectful. Their greed and obsession with money come across as shameless and reckless.

SCAM APP

SCAM APP! Please beware of the shady tactics of this app. They lure you in with the promise of a free trail and before you know it you will be charged an insane amount for a crappy app.
Taking peoples money without permission is stealing.I read more similar reports but also neutral reviews.Maybe the neutral users already decided they would buy EDJing's offer, but I was just getting started and learning how it works. The only think I remember is a free 7 day trail and next to that a Pro packages or something. So after I got it all wired up I could do some basic digital mixing using midi over Bluetooth. This protocol and mechanism serves the purpose. What I also remember was that there was no way around it. It you wanted to hear music, the free trail think was blocking that. So I said whatever, I'm interested to have a test run. But these guys charged my paypal over Apple for 199,99 EUR for a year I think.
Basically the free verson (with cancelled trail?) gives you all of these feature below:

Edjing will not honour my purchase due to company's own failure to keep records

Two years ago, I paid for Edjing's 'Pro' features. I was under the impression that the 'one-time' nature of this one-time purchase would be honoured.
I have since changed my Google Play account. However, my email remains the same. Yet, Edjing claims to not keep purchase records and has informed me that I must once again pay to reactive my 'Pro' version.
I have been made to go through my personal invoices, hoping to find evidence of an in-app purchase I made years ago.
As a small business owner, I find Edjing's protocol of not keeping records to be irresponsible. The onus should not be on the consumer to have this information on hand. All companies should have records of their clients' names, emails, etc.
I have been deeply disappointed by my frustrating interactions with their customer service. Now, my final option is to publicly publish my experiences in hopes of gaining Edjing's attention and restoring my purchase.
This is not a stage any company wants their customers to reach.

A total and complete failure

A total and complete failure. Downloaded "free version" then upgraded to pro. Cost me £86.00 subscription in 2020. The app failed to upgrade. Edjing advice "use the free app" no chance of a refund. Google Play allow this to happen. PLEASE don't make the same mistake (read the reviews) THEY ARE SCAMMERS...
