Dear Fiona, you have a small 3 kWc contract. You are no longer eligible for the investment grant paid over a five-year period. Your remuneration is based on your actual production and the terms of your contract.
Best regards, Sophie.

EDF OA - NON ! NO ! Jamais !! Never !!

As French is our 2nd Language we decided to go with EDF OA as it would be simpler . WHAT A MISTAKE.
To begin with we requested a larger installation - 'No Problem' they said. LIE #1
We said we would like the panels in 2 locations. 'No Problem; LIE # 2
They said the connection and sale of Electricity back to the grid would all be sorted for us. LIE # 3
Basically, having paid over 12,000 Euro for this to be installed, we are now GIVING our surplus electricity to them for free.
I despise EDF OA. Do yourself a favor and have solar installed by an independent who will be 50% of the price and with that money you can buy a Powerwall.
Choosing EDF-OA /EDFENR was HUGE Mistake!!!!
