Shipping mistake quickly fixed!

Apple had autofilled the shipping address for my order, somehow with an address I’ve never used,
I assumed I’d just be out of luck but Anna quickly put together a new order to replace my order, free of charge. It was much appreciated and I was surprised how quickly they responded to my text.
Excellent customer service!

Ivy's customer service skills are…

Ivy's customer service skills are excellent, asked my issue, and immediately started resolving my issue, her response time was speedy, courteous and resolved my issue. It's rare to come across that kind of customer service these days. Keep doing what ur doing ivy. Thanks again

Had a defect in the product, but all support staff were friendly and resolved the issue in a very timely manner. Keep up the good work!

I can't say enough good things!

I have paid quite a bit of money to this company, and very rarely have I been dissatisfied. I have only encountered 2 errors, and both of them were handled within 24 hours.

Packaging is from "Web Merchants" and either comes in a box or a discreet bag (depending on how much is ordered). They ALWAYS have deals going on, and it's the only company where I've subscribed to their newsletter because the deals are SO good.

Quick, easy and as always super fun!

Anna was super quick to respond and resolve the issue at hand. Everything was remedied in less than 48 hours of the first email being sent. As always much love to Eden Famtasys, wonderful service, great products and speedy and discreet shipping.
