I am grateful to Lost-and-Found-Films for giving me the opportunity to purchase “Friends” (1971). I’ve been looking for it for a while (it’s out of print/OOP & no longer in distribution). The film played well, was shipped quickly & was accompanied by a friendly note and an extra 1970’s OOP film.

I tried to give ecrater,no stars but they won’t let you,ecrater is a scam do not buy from that store/site or seller. Order a fitted hat on April 11 to wear on my b day may first. They took my money , I ask for tracking info, no reply. I got tracking information may 3 an email saying my hat was delivered, an a close up picture of a shipping label lmaoooo,no package was delivered , no hat no refund , contact PayPal. They are scammer do not trust ecrater. First a last time shopping there.they say check with your local post office .post office have no clue.

Very happy with the shoes I received and shipping was very quick. Would recommend this seller highly.

They removed my items from the marketplace, suspended my store and refunded money from my paypal account for orders that were delivered and received by customers. For no apparent reason or email notification. Who does that? Who refunds delivered orders? Ebay? No. Paypal no? Ecrater yes. They use the saved paypal permission, login to your paypal and refund any money in your account. Without reason, complaints, questions or consultation? I am now out of pocket.

Seller claims to have shipped order, tracking information shows only that a label was created on March 23, not that it was ever actually shipped. Contacted customer service and they won't do anything, they won't mediate or even attempt to refund my money. The seller has my money and I have a bunch of dead fish (I ordered a fish antibiotic). Ecrater doesn't seem to care since they already took took their cut, ran with it, and don't have $500 worth of deadfish to deal with. Try a trustworthy site like ebay.

I was going for a ride when I had to replace the bearings in the final drive of my 97 valkyrie. I put in an order with eCRATER and they sent them quickly efficiently and on time. On time is very important to me. And eCRATER was there for me when I needed it

Cannot get Robax Platinum in the United States. I have been ordering from this company for years and they never disappoint. Fair prices and super fast shipping. The Robax helps a lot when you're back hurts and tylenol and ibuprofen aren't enough. This seller is truly awesome.

Found a product, that I could not find anywhere else, reasonably priced with free overseas delivery, received it quickly, very happy with everything and it was super easy checkout with PayPal, simply perfect.

If you are a seller DO NOT USE THIS SITE.

The SITE ADMINS use the paypal permission you give them to LOGIN TO YOUR PAYPAL AND REFUND YOUR ORDERS. No questions asked, no warnings, just a silent refund. I had already delivered items, mark shipped, received positive feedback and still they refunded. Not just 1 order - ALL ORDERS. It can happen randomly sometimes a month after orders. THEY WILL EMPTY YOUR PAYPAL ACCOUNT .

They do this to all new accounts. No complaints no reasons apart from it being a new store. Not an isolated incident .I had a family member sign up.....same thing. They dont respond to emails either.

Its disgusting how they refund your hard work, your bread and butter YOUR MONEY has no value to them.

The hypocrisy is that they ban genuine sellers and refund our money yet they allow countless scammers to operate freely despite overwhelming consecutive negative reviews all complaining about being scammed. Staff have no brains. AVOID

Since this was my first time to order on the Ecrater platform, I must admit I was a bit skeptical. When the seller answered my inquiries so promptly and then assured me of the shipping info and time frame, I was pleasantly relieved when I received the product exactly as described within just 4 days. Would not be hesitant to order from this seller or others again.

Tried to buy some Ginseng seeds to grow in a woodland. The seeds supplied are Tianqi, ecrater now only present me with a seller login and I am unable to access any transaction so have had to raise a dispute with Paypal. No response from seller or support@ecrater so as a first time customer experience it will be my last.

Im a seller there, i have been waiting for 5 weeks to get a reply from support. This is not a reliable platform.

Well i believe Ecrater is selling these products by itself. Thats why he is blocking other stores. Eliminating competition.
