Disappointing. The strap broke on my bag not long after I got it. Unfortunately I had lots going on at the time so it took me a little while to go to customers services about replacing the strap. My enquiry was to buy a replacement strap as it had been a while - customer service reply was that I couldn’t purchase a strap separately and the ‘solution’ was for me to buy a completely new bag and then I could just swap the strap between the identical bags- genuinely shocked that a company at this price point had no other suggestions! After declining that ridiculous ‘resolution’ they said I could get a strap from a different bag but in a colour that doesn’t match my bag. Just to resolve the situation I agreed and nearly two weeks later I haven’t heard a thing - no reply, no acknowledgement, no strap, nothing. Absolutely awful company; I wouldn’t touch this brand again with a barge pole. What a waste of £90. But I guess they don’t care because they’ve got your money.

This company is Chinese and ships from China. Dishonest not to be upfront about this. I would not have ordered if I had known. I feel very strongly about buying items from so far away. My order is still on a plane from China.. Have requested cancellation but no response yet. Not eco at all!

The bucles broke within a week of getting it, arrived bent up and started peeling. Even though they are extremely cute i would't recommend getting it simply because of the lack of quality :((

Does not disclose that they operate out of China. Unclear if their working conditions are humane and materials are sustainable. I received the ad on my phone in California and China is far as heck. Huge footprint for a purse. I would consider the instagram ad spam. 🧧🥡

Absolutely unprofessional and unethical staff. I requested to raise a return since I did not like the quality of product and I get an email stating we will refund $10 and you can keep the product. I refused for this since the product was $50 and I absolutely hated the quality. I have been writing to them ever since, I have not heard back from them. They have completely vanished. Pathetic and absolutely disgusting behaviour. Please don’t buy their products , don’t waste your money.

I am only giving 1 star as I cannot give zero stars. This company is a scam - I have been asking for almost a month for the address to return a product I purchased as I am not happy with it and they just ignore my emails - on one occasion offering me $20 and I keep (and pay) for the product that I don't want. Their website states a return and refund policy - this is a lie. They also state Australian customers can return to their Sydney warehouse - also a lie. Do not buy from this company. Their product is also not worth the money spent, hence the reason I wanted to return it. Scam company.

Horrible quality. Had the bag under a year and strap has broken. I paid alot of money for it. Lesson learnt. Think twice before buying.

It only gets a 1 star cause that is the lowest I can give. If you are looking for bag that's eco-friendly, look somewhere else.
Looking for good customer service when your stuff gets returned to China, again look somewhere else.
These people scammed me of my money and they took the two bags I ordered from me. I ordered on Amazon the same bags and they arrived broken. Like seriously I ordered 4 bags and only 1 was in good condition. Customer service wouldn't refund me my order and told me they could have it sent and delivered today. That was 3 days ago.
Save yourself the trouble find a cuter bag somewhere else.

This is a scam company. I spent $117 on a backpack and when it arrived, it was wrapped in packaging with Chinese writing all over it, it had clearly just come directly to me from a Chinese factory. I returned the bag (after the seller agreeing to it via email), but once I paid for shipping to send it back, they never refunded my money back, and they stopped responding to my emails.

You can get an equivalent bag from AliExpress for $10. The quality is terrible and stitching is asymmetrical. Don’t waste your money with this scammer like I did.
